Staying Organized

Right, this tutorial will show you the programs i use to keep organised in my day-to-day life!

MiniTask

This program is amazing, its tiny, only a few mega bytes, and the first program I have come across that works on the adobe platform. One downside is that its size reduces the functionality, however for a simple program to keep tasks in order one cannot do any better.
All the functions are available by right clicking on the main workspace of the product. Also by right clicking on the tick in the tool bar, one can choose start-up settings.
the alarm function is one that is very versatile, in fact this entire program is very useful. I use it now instead of stick notes!!


Mozilla SunBird

Much like mini task this program is used a lot in my life, this is the most functional of the programs and so is much larger, however this firefox based app is amazing. Use it to keep your diary, day to day task or planning future events! in fact this program can replace outlook and others for the simple fact that is is a open source, free and fast alternative! I won't go through the commands with you as it is so easy to use!

This website is also useful although i don't really use it, however i appreciate its goodness! registration is free and easy and allows you to make list simply and easily. Again I shant go into the how to's to much here, watch my Video! however this simple and easy website is a must have as it can be synced with your iPhone and google calender!

Blogging!

OK so apart from this being a blog about my tutorials, I will also turn my hand to normal, down to earth blogging!
So feel good, you are reading the first post !! So lets get it on the road by telling you about my last night out, one of my friends asked me, rather drunkenly, to write a book... right.... Well, I'm dyslexic and i asked him WHY?!?! he said, " because your funny and your sarcastic manner makes me laugh" So this got me thinking, what would I right about and last night when I could not sleep, being the crazy geeky insomniac I am I "came" up with a title and the opening paragraph, tell me what you think?

title: "Sir Cumsalot Invades The Boob Fortress"

okok so it would be autobiograpgical, but I feel this title would grab attention!

" Well hello and welcome to my book, if you bought this book your in luck, you will have wasted both time and money, if you got this book from the library, you will just be wasting time and if this book was bought for you, someone will waste there money, but they must really hate you, because, you guessed it, this book is a rambling tomb which will be nothing more than a giant great big turd on the landscape of literature, read on and enjoy!" OK let me know what you think, should I keep going? meh, maybe ill just stick with programming
